Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between The Reset Cabin and any client who books or participates in our Reformer Pilates sessions or massage services. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking. You may purchase:

    • Single sessions – valid for a set period from the date of purchase (expiry date stated at purchase).

    • Block sessions – valid for the stated period from the date of purchase.

  • All sessions (single or block) must be used within their validity period; unused sessions will expire and are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a booked session, will be charged at the full session rate.

  • We do not offer refunds for missed sessions, at our own discretion we may offer class credit.

3. Health & Safety

  • All new clients must complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and disclose any relevant health conditions before participating in sessions.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to take part in physical activity or receive massage treatment.

  • If you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or have a medical condition, you must consult your GP or relevant health professional before booking.

4. Liability Waiver​

By participating in our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Physical exercise and massage carry some inherent risk of injury.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in Reformer Pilates or massage treatments provided by us.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Reset Cabin, its staff and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your participation, except were caused by our negligence.

5. Age Restrictions

  • The minimum age for participation in Reformer Pilates or massage is 16 years.

  • Clients under 18 years must have written consent and be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the session.

6. Massage Studio Conduct & Boundaries

  • Massage treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic.

  • Clients must wear appropriate attire and maintain respectful conduct at all times.

  • Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

  • Our therapists reserve the right to refuse or terminate a treatment if they feel it is unsafe, inappropriate, or beyond their professional scope.

7. Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive on time for your session; late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.

  • Mobile phones should be on silent to maintain a calm and focused environment.

  • Clean socks are required for Reformer Pilates sessions.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available at The Reset Cabin website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
