What should I wear to a pilates class?
We recommend wearing comfortable, form fitting activewear which allows for full range of motion. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety, helping to provide stability throughout the session. If you don't happen to own a pair, grip socks are available to purchase at the studio.
How often should I do reformer pilates to see results?
We recommend practicing reformer pilates 2-3 times per week. This consistency allows your body to build stability, refine movement patterns, and progress safely. Don't forget, consistency is key to reaping the benefits and maintaining results.
Is reformer pilates suitable during and post pregnancy?
Of course! Our instructor is qualified in pre and post natal pregnancy for performer pilates and has adaptations ready for you. Please consult with your doctor or midwife before participating.
